Locating EID Numbers

Invalid EID Number
If you're attempting to activate a Voice+Data eSIM or a Voice Lite eSIM and your EID number is being rejected, this may indicate that the EID number has been entered incorrectly.
Please locate the EID number again (by following the instructions in our EID Guide) and check it carefully for any errors.
EID attached to another eSIM
Please be advised that your EID can only be attached to one Mobal Voice+Data eSIM / Voice Lite eSIM.
If the EID is already attached to another eSIM, your activation request will be rejected if you try entering the same EID number.
eSIM Adapters
Please note that our eSIM products are only compatible with phones that were originally manufactured as eSIM compatible devices.
If you are using an eSIM Adapter (to turn a non-eSIM device into an eSIM compatible device), this will not be suitable for use with our eSIM products.
Transfer eSIM to new EID
If you have purchased a new phone and wish to transfer your Voice+Data eSIM (and the phone number) to the new EID, please follow the instructions found here: eSIM Transfer Guide
Please note that this option will only be available if your are using a Voice+Data eSIM on an ongoing plan.
