When to Activate?

For products that require activation (i.e. Voice+Data and Voice Lite SIMs / eSIMs, Data-Only eSIMs and WiFi devices) activation is required within 3 months of the purchase date (or within 3 months of the pick-up date if you're collecting your order).


For our physical Data-Only SIM Card products (which do not require activation as they are already active / ready for use), these will also remain valid for use for a minimum of three months from the purchase date (or within three months of the pick-up date). However, a specific expiry date will also be displayed on the paperwork received with the SIM card.
