Please note that all international calls (i.e., calls to non-Japanese numbers) are chargeable and this includes calls to toll-free numbers / collect calls.
These calls will be registered as standard calls and charged at the specified rate for the country you are calling.
Calls to Japanese numbers are also chargeable and this can include toll-free or collect calls numbers. These calls will be registered as local calls and billed at the specified rate for local Japanese calls.

Please also be advised that results can vary with calls to Toll Free/Collect call numbers and so if there are any issues connecting the call, you may need to find an alternative contact number (with a standard country code / area code prefix) to reach them on instead.
If you would like to avoid being charged a call fee however, we would recommend that you use an alternative contact method instead (such as email for example).
